Strijbos & Van Rijswijk is a collaborative duo known for their innovative, site-specific installations and sound art. Their work combines sculptural elements with sound design to create immersive environments that engage audiences in a multi-sensory experience. Often exploring the relationship between people and their surroundings, Strijbos & Van Rijswijk’s installations invite audiences to interact with both the physical and acoustic elements of the space. Rob van Rijswijk participated in the two training weeks during the Erasmus+ project Working in LANDscapes—one in Slovakia and one in Norway—where he further explored his artistic practice within the context of landscape and environmental art. Their involvement in the LAND network has allowed them to deepen their engagement with the landscape as both a material and a narrative device in their work.
